Everything your support team needs
This is how you serve your customers
Pipeline + Conversations
A drag-and-drop kanban board with filters and search. Your team sees at a glance what's stuck, without chasing tickets across spreadsheets.
CRM
A record for every customer with their real last contact (what they talked about, when, on which channel) and follow-up tasks. You never lose the thread of a conversation even if it spans 3 different channels.
Service
SLA policies, automatic satisfaction surveys, business-hours configuration and auto-assignment. You measure and improve the quality of your support with data, not guesswork.
All your channels, one single panel
Real multi-channel
Web (Widget), Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Email from the same panel. (You already saw the channel and Help Center details above.)
Campaigns
Outbound bulk WhatsApp messaging genuinely connected to the Meta API (not a demo). Notify your entire customer base about something important without relying on another tool.
Public Help Center
Your self-service page at /ayuda/your-company, generated automatically as soon as you upload a public article.
The AI assistant
AI Studio
11 tools to configure the assistant: an editable prompt, a playground to test it live before publishing, reusable content blocks, memory, functions, automatic quality evaluations, health monitoring, change versioning, and a copilot that rewrites the assistant's behavior from natural-language instructions. Tell it "never talk about competitors' prices" and it applies that on its own. You don't need an engineer to adjust how your assistant responds.
Your operation, your way
Settings
Automatic ticket routing, tags, saved replies, role-based permissions, notifications, integrations and audit trail (7 areas), plus your own branding with your logo across the whole platform. Every company operates its own way, not a one-size-fits-all.
Analytics
5 views with real charts: overview, conversations, agents, satisfaction and scheduled reports. You know what's happening in your operation without asking anyone for a report.
Isolated and secure
Real multi-client isolation
Every company sees only its own data, with its own branding, roles and permissions. (You can see more security details further down this page.)
02 · Integrations
Your channels, actually connected
This isn't a demo: Parla connects directly to the Meta API and to your email.
03 · Always within reach
Your Help Center, without building anything
Each client company has its own public help page at /ayuda/<your-company>. It updates automatically with every article you add.
- It's generated automatically as soon as you upload your first public article to the knowledge base.
- The chat widget is embedded right there: your customers can ask questions on the spot and the assistant responds.
- Copy a snippet from the panel and paste it into your website. No developer required.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can edit the address from your account before the order is processed.

04 · The difference
What you used to do vs. Parla
| Aspect | Before | With Parla |
|---|---|---|
| Channels | Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp separately, in different apps | Everything in a single panel |
| Knowledge base | Loose documents nobody can find | A searchable knowledge base the AI uses to answer |
| Responses | A human answers every message, one by one | The AI responds on its own 24/7, and escalates what it can't resolve |
| Configuring the assistant | You need an engineer to touch the prompt | You adjust it yourself with a natural-language copilot |
| Seeing what's going on | Nobody knows how many tickets are open or who owns them | A visual pipeline showing the status of every conversation |
| Your own help page | You have to hire someone and build a separate site | It's generated automatically at /ayuda/your-company |
| Multi-company | Every team or brand needs its own tool | Real per-client isolation, with its own branding and roles |
08 · Security
Your data, truly isolated
It's not a marketing promise, it's the data model.
Database-level isolation
Every row is automatically filtered by Row Level Security based on the client it belongs to. It doesn't depend on the frontend.
Its own authentication per company
Each agent belongs to a single client company, with a defined role (owner, admin, agent) and specific permissions.
Your own branding
Your logo and colors across the whole platform your team and your end customers see. No one sees another company's brand.
Separate channel credentials
Your Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp token is encrypted and isolated per client. It never mixes with another account.
Full audit trail
Your team's important actions are logged in the audit history under Settings.
You control who sees what
Granular role-based permissions within your own company. Each person only accesses what they're meant to.
Every client company lives in its own watertight compartment, even though they all run on the same platform.
